Our client is a locally-owned leader in the biofuels industry and is seeking a Production Operator to support plant operations and ensure safe, efficient performance of critical utility systems. As a Production Operator, you will work on a team where reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive success. The Production Operator plays a key role in monitoring, operating, and maintaining the plant’s utility systems—including boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment, and other supporting equipment essential to ethanol production. This position ensures safe, reliable operation while responding to changing plant conditions and supporting overall production goals. Apply today!

What you will do:

  • Monitor facility systems to ensure optimal operation level
  • Complete water treatment responsibilities
  • Conduct various sampling and adjust processes as needed
  • Inspect systems to verify they are in proper working order
  • Maintain a teamwork approach toward solving problems

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to stand or sit for long periods
  • Able to work in a team-focused environment
  • Military or farming background is a plus
