Production Operator

Our client is a locally-owned leader in the biofuels industry and is seeking a Production Operator to support plant operations and ensure safe, efficient performance of critical utility systems. As a Production Operator, you will work on a team where reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive success. The Production Operator plays a key role in monitoring, operating, and maintaining the plant’s utility systems—including boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment, and other supporting equipment essential to ethanol production. What you will do:

• Monitor facility systems to ensure optimal operation level
• Complete water treatment responsibilities
• Conduct various sampling and adjust processes as needed
• Inspect systems to verify they are in proper working order
• Maintain a teamwork approach toward solving problems

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Able to stand or sit for long periods
• Able to work in a team-focused environment
• Military or farming background is a plus
