The Warehouse Manager oversees daily shop operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and fabricated products meet internal and external customer requirements. This role maintains organized inventory and storage systems, performs preventive maintenance on tools and machinery, and supports field and office teams through consistent communication. What You Will Do:

  • Manage and organize shop materials, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate fabrication and delivery of products that meet project specifications
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools, machinery, and shop equipment
  • Support field and office teams by ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Assist with scheduling needs and work extended hours when project timelines require it
  • Operate company vehicles and obtain a Commercial Motor Vehicle license after hire

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of warehouse management experience 
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy with detailed work
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous learning
