Our client is seeking a Warranty Analyst I to support warranty operations by coordinating repairs, documenting claims, and working cross-functionally to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Work Model: 

  • On-Site  
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for international calls and occasional overtime
  • Working from home may be available intermittently based on workload, but a fixed or set remote schedule is not guaranteed

What You Will Do:

  • Document and manage warranty repairs using internal databases and systems
  • Coordinate with customers and service technicians to schedule and support warranty repairs, including travel logistics
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address recurring warranty issues
  • Create work orders and no-charge sales orders while tracking parts through an ERP system

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Associate’s degree with three years of related experience
  • Excellent data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, self-starter mindset
