Work Model:

What You Will Do:

• Post accounts receivable payments
• Support the claims denial team
• Prepare and submit invoices, paper claims, and electronic claims
• Research and resolve claim rejections and denials through appeals, corrections, and resubmissions
• Guarantee accurate and compliant billing
• Ensure aged outstanding balances for assigned payers remain within departmental standards
• Participate in process improvement efforts
• Partner across teams to resolve claims denials, aging, and issues
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting projects that impact collections or write-offs

• High school diploma (required); relevant work experience (preferred)
• Experience in accounting or finance, accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or payment posting (preferred)
• Outstanding Excel (pivot tables/vlookups) and Outlook skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for outreach efforts to both internal teams and agencies
