The Senior Sales Manager leads revenue growth by managing and developing National, Regional, and Business Development Managers. What You Will Do:

• Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts by identifying target markets and opportunities
• Lead new business acquisition and navigate complex sales cycles
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve goals
• Coach, develop, and manage sales teams while establishing quotas and performance standards
• Oversee pipeline management, including deal coaching and territory planning
• Expand key accounts through upselling/cross-selling while ensuring strong sales processes and cross-functional alignment

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 7-10+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-tiered sales teams
• Experience in high-volume, low-margin environments is a plus
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
