Work Model:

What You Will Do:

• Manage end‑to‑end lending activities within authority, ensuring compliance, sound risk management, and accurate recordkeeping
• Build and maintain strong community relationships through business development and positive external representation
• Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients through deposit accounts, loan products, and related services
• Evaluate, approve, or deny loan applications based on thorough eligibility and risk assessments
• Support loan servicing and collections, including restructuring collateral and payment plans to protect assets
• Maintain deep knowledge of lending products and actively contribute to Loan Committee decisions

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office and financial databases and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional customer focused approach to promoting services
• Sound judgment in loan evaluation and risk management
• Experience in loan origination across agriculture commercial and residential lending
• Relevant education certifications and banking or finance experience including 5+ years preferred with active community and professional involvement
