What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency
• Lead process optimization initiatives and manage cross-functional project teams
• Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and process changes
• Analyze data to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvements
• Oversee subcontractors and manage project schedules for equipment and facility updates
• Promote waste reduction, resource reuse, and safety compliance across operations
• Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and build trust with operation staff

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement in manufacturing
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 1-5 years of experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in moderate to loud environments
