We are seeking a friendly, highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a 40-hour/week, fully in-office role. In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, answer calls, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks while serving as the first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 40 hours a week
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with a 60-minute lunch

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary front desk contact, managing incoming calls, visitors, and mail distribution while maintaining a clean, organized office environment
  • Provide administrative support across departments, including handling certificates and claims, preparing loss runs, and assisting with market reservations
  • Support daily office operations with strong organization and multitasking skills while adapting to evolving responsibilities as business needs change

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with typical office equipment, such as copiers and scanners
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Associate's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
