What You Will Do:

• Serve as the internal expert on our fabrication platform, providing knowledgeable support to ensure optimal usage
• Partner closely with fabrication, VDC, engineering, and IT teams to optimize workflows and leverage platform capabilities
• Maximize platform value by troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and implementing process improvements
• Impact project efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence through technical support and strategic insights

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Experience supporting digital fabrication, MEP workflows, or BIM environments
• Familiarity with Autodesk products like Revit, AutoCAD, ESTmep, or CAMduct
• Degree in engineering, construction management, computer science, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction technology, VDC, or BIM fabrication environments
• Demonstrated ability to support technical platforms in a manufacturing or construction setting
