Production Manager

Palmer Group is partnering with a growing manufacturer for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, facility maintenance, and team performance. Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday 

What You Will Do:

• Lead, train, and manage production and maintenance teams
• Oversee daily production to meet quality, timeline, and output goals
• Monitor workflows, resolve issues, and improve efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and standard operating procedures 
• Manage facility maintenance, vendors, and equipment upkeep
• Track budgets and communicate operational updates to leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training preferred) 
• 3-5 years of production or manufacturing management experience 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and tracking operations
