We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation equipment at customer facilities. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be provided with a company service truck and will travel to customer locations to respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support equipment upgrades and repairs. What You Will Do:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation systems
  • Respond to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maximize system uptime
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
  • Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals
  • Conduct system testing and verify proper equipment operation following repairs
  • Document service activities, parts usage, and maintenance recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status, repair plans, and preventative maintenance opportunities

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance, field service, or related technical experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, drives, and controls
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Valid Driver's License
