Collections Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a Collections Support Specialist to join its team. This position provides administrative, documentation, and correspondence support for collection and account resolution activities. What You Will Do:

• Prepare, review, track, and maintain letters, notices, and other time-sensitive correspondence
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation within internal systems
• Review reports, work queues, and requests to identify and complete required administrative tasks
• Retrieve, organize, and compile account information and supporting documentation
• Process mail and provide general administrative support to internal teams
• Identify discrepancies or exceptions and route them to the appropriate team member
• Assist with reporting, audits, special projects, and other departmental needs

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of administrative support, financial services, loan servicing, collections, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and correspondence
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete time-sensitive work within established deadlines
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
• Comfortable using computer applications, office technology, and document management systems
