What You Will Do:

  • Assist Executive Assistants with travel arrangements, calendar management, and expense reporting
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive-facing materials
  • Coordinate department meetings, including scheduling, meeting logistics, agenda preparation, and note-taking
  • Organize internal and external meetings, vendor visits, and site visits
  • Support onboarding activities for both new and remote employees, including coordination of equipment, system access, and office supplies
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Help maintain continuity and efficiency across executive and departmental operations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level teams preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service mindset with outstanding professionalism
  • Superior problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
  • Adaptability in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with employees, vendors, and clients
