What You Will Do:

  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, including receiving, inspecting, and logging all incoming equipment and materials
  • Coordinate outbound material deployments to project sites in collaboration with Project Managers and field crews
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile records to ensure accurate, real-time inventory management
  • Administer and maintain the tool management system (ShareMyToolbox), including tool checkouts, audits, and equipment repair or replacement
  • Manage procurement support by tracking BOMs, placing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Track and manage serialized and high-value equipment from receipt through deployment, ensuring proper documentation and accountability
  • Uphold safety standards by operating warehouse equipment safely in compliance with OSHA requirements and supporting a safe warehouse environment

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field
  • Valid forklift certification or readiness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; adaptability to new project management or inventory systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently, own systems, and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Industry exposure to solar, construction, electrical contracting, or project-level material tracking is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ShareMyToolbox, Procore, Sage, or similar platforms
