What You Will Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists to identify decision-makers and gather key information
• Qualify potential customers based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority
• Set appointments for regional sales representatives to meet with qualified leads on-site
• Engage prospects with professional, personable communication to build rapport and uncover potential sales opportunities
• Track and update all interactions and lead status in the CRM system accurately
• Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing interest
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies and improve appointment-setting effectiveness

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Sales experience, especially in a cold-calling or B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and confident questioning techniques
• Ability to identify decision-makers and understand customer needs
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing your call schedule
• Knowledge of industrial or technical products (preferred but not mandatory)
• CRM experience to manage leads and follow-ups
• Ability to commit to calling and appointment setting during business hours
• Willingness to learn about our client's products and services
• A proactive, personable personality tuned for engaging prospects and setting appointments
