Customer Services Clerk

Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Services Clerk to support a city/community by providing front-line customer service while supporting billing, payment processing, and general clerical functions. Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday 

What You Will Do:

• Assist customers with general questions, requests, and account-related needs
• Process payments and other transactions accurately
• Enter and update information in computer systems and maintain organized records
• Assist with basic clerical, filing, and administrative tasks
• Prepare and process routine documentation and correspondence as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Previous cash handling or payment processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and paperwork
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and computer systems
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of customers
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (preferred)
• Must have High school diploma, HiSET or G.E.D
