What You Will Do:

• Lead daily restoration operations across mitigation, reconstruction, and related services
• Build, develop, and supervise field and office teams
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Manage financial performance, job costing, forecasting, and operational metrics
• Coordinate project resources, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Develop relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry stakeholders
• Support business growth through networking, customer outreach, and account development
• Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and scalability

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years of leadership experience within restoration, construction, or a related service industry
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced operational environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of water, fire, mold, or storm restoration projects
• Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance operational leadership with business development activities
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to emergency service situations when needed
