What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement weld fixtures, assembly jigs, and manufacturing aids to improve production efficiency
• Troubleshoot welding, hydraulic, and assembly issues by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to source and deploy new tooling and equipment
• Investigate manufacturing defects and warranty claims, coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution
• Develop and maintain process controls, inspection plans, and quality standards to ensure product consistency
• Conduct field investigations at customer sites to evaluate product failures and recommend improvements
• Support process optimization initiatives for welding, powder coating, and final assembly lines
• Assist in product launches by ensuring manufacturability and tolerances align with design specifications

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Experience with welding, powder coating, and final assembly processes
• Familiarity with CNC machines, CMM inspection tools, or advanced manufacturing equipment
