We’re seeking an experienced Press Department Manager to guide press operations, strengthen leadership across supervisors and production teams, and advance safety, quality, and productivity. What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day pressroom operations
• Mentor and develop supervisors and production team members
• Enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify and implement continuous improvements
• Coordinate staffing, training, and employee development efforts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience within commercial printing
• Hands-on knowledge of web offset, sheetfed, or comparable press operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated success improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams
