Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales professional, you'll work closely with customers and service teams to coordinate repairs, warranties, and service support. What You Will Do:

• Prepare accurate customer repair quotes and communicate effectively throughout the process
• Organize and enter work tickets from service technicians to streamline workflow
• Invoice customers and manage service agreements with precision
• Track and file warranty claims, monitor their status, and ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain detailed records of agreements to support the Outside Sales team
• Collaborate with the service department to manage workflow efficiently
• Assist Aftermarket Sales and Project Management teams as needed
• Perform other duties to support department objectives

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales support or related customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is preferred but not required
• Mechanical inclination 
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales department
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a busy environment
