Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a Recovery Support Supervisor to lead Recovery Support Professionals and team leads within a residential treatment setting. What You Will Do:

• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate Recovery Support Professionals and team leads
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for a 24/7 residential program
• Interview and assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
• Provide backup coverage when necessary due to call-offs, vacations, or staffing needs
• Oversee medication procedures, drug screening processes, and required documentation
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care and programming
• Coordinate patient transportation and monitor facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Manage employee attendance, performance, and other personnel-related responsibilities
• Safely operate a vehicle for client transportation and other job-related travel

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in human services, management, or a related field preferred
• Relevant leadership, direct-care, healthcare, or residential treatment experience may substitute for education
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently handle employee coaching and performance conversations
• Knowledge of substance use treatment or human services preferred
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining required documentation
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to hold employees accountable while building trust and supporting a positive team culture in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
