What You Will Do:

  • Direct end-to-end project lifecycles to achieve defined objectives
  • Shape project goals, deliverables, and success measures with key partners
  • Construct and update detailed work plans, schedules, and project documentation
  • Align internal teams and external partners to support coordinated execution
  • Monitor timelines, interdependencies, and potential obstacles to reduce impact
  • Lead project discussions, capture outcomes, and distribute progress updates
  • Safeguard compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulations
  • Oversee technology initiatives involving implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Partner with IT teams on deployments, infrastructure changes, and system rollouts
  • Guide requirement definition, testing activities, and system documentation efforts
  • Support vendor engagement related to technology products and services
  • Organize regulatory exam remediation activities by tracking actions and responses with IT and business leaders

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, information technology, project management, or related discipline, or comparable professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated exposure to technology-based projects and collaboration with IT teams
  • Proven ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and produce clear documentation
  • Capacity to balance multiple initiatives and shifting priorities simultaneously
  • Project management credentials such as PMP, CAPM, Agile certification, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, or financial and operational software systems
