What You Will Do:

  • Build and foster supplier partnerships, lead RFQ processes, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective, quality, and timely deliveries
  • Analyze market trends and raw material costs to anticipate pricing shifts and mitigate supply risks
  • Execute procurement activities, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and support inventory and process improvement initiatives

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 2-6 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Ability to analyze market trends and raw material pricing fluctuations
  • Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP (preferred)
  • Support for inventory management activities including cycle counts
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement within procurement
