Work Model:

  • Remote
  • Travel frequently and occasionally overnight within the region
  • Must reside in one of the assigned regions: Orlando, Florida; Chicago, IL; Dallas, Texas; or Southern California

What You Will Do:

  • Manage business development of existing accounts, including promoting products, joint selling, creating and implementing account plans, PTQ training, and product training
  • Perform market analysis to identify A, B, and C players, select the most suitable distributors for a long-term partnership, secure them as customers, and onboard them quickly
  • Build strong relationships with both current and new customers
  • Develop and execute customer sales plans

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven success in sales within the manufacturing or millwork distribution industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to establish and grow customer relationships
  • Experience in business development, including prospecting and account management
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
  • Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of builder and architectural markets in assigned regions (preferred)
  • Experience working with distributor partners and driving pull-through sales (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software and market analysis tools (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5+ years of sales experience with similar products or in related industries (preferred)
