What You Will Do:

  • Partner with external wholesalers to identify and cultivate relationships with targeted broker-dealers and registered representatives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and marketing strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and brand visibility
  • Conduct proactive calls and presentations to financial advisors, highlighting products and the value proposition
  • Tailor solutions based on advisors' business practices, providing strategic advice to help them grow their assets
  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring smooth progress through each stage of the sales process
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, offering product information, and supporting advisors' business needs
  • Stay current on industry trends, investment strategies, and competitive landscape to offer relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content and messaging for outreach efforts
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, systems, and processes to optimize sales efficiency
  • Track activities and outcomes using our tools to ensure consistent progress toward sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to sharpen your skills and industry knowledge

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven success in sales, with strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and territories
  • Knowledge of retirement and insurance products preferred
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret business periodicals, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and solving problems
  • Professional maturity to interact effectively with financial advisors and internal teams
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 5% for client meetings and events
  • Current Life & Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain within 45 days (preferred)
  • Prior experience in financial services sales or support roles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing or sales support tools (preferred)
  • Experience with virtual presentations and digital outreach strategies (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or financial advisory roles (preferred)
