Senior Accountant

Our CPA firm client is seeking a Senior Accountant to be based in Mason City, Iowa. Work Model:

• On-Site

What You Will Do:

• Prepare business returns and income tax returns
• Oversee financial statement engagements
• Train and supervise staff
• Work closely with clients to ensure needs are met 
• Stay up to date with tax laws and compliance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a CPA firm is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Proficiency in technical and computer skills
