Software Engineering Manager

What You Will Do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams, including multiple sub-teams
• Foster a collaborative, accountable environment focused on continuous improvement
• Partner with product, hardware, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables
• Drive project planning, estimation, and execution to maximize customer value
• Monitor team performance, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational challenges
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and departmental initiatives, including process and resource planning

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline
• 10+ years of software product development experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and modern development practices (CI/CD, TDD)
• Proficiency in languages such as C#, C++, and Python
• Proven ability to lead teams through technical and organizational challenges and build high-performing teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with cross-functional stakeholders
