The Manufacturing Project Manager supports the execution of manufacturing and new product introduction efforts by coordinating work across engineering, production, and supply chain teams. This role focuses on organizing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task tracking tools while aligning priorities to meet delivery commitments
  • Coordinate activities across engineering production and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and clear accountability
  • Lead project meetings, capture action items, document decisions, and track follow-ups through completion
  • Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks, delays, and dependencies, and escalate blockers related to materials, equipment, or resources
  • Support cost tracking, reporting, and project documentation, including work instructions, reports, and program review materials
  • Assist with new product introduction and continuous improvement efforts while communicating project status updates to stakeholders

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment with exposure to project coordination, scheduling, or task management
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a structured environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes with composites or aerospace experience considered a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools, concepts, or systems preferred
