Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for financial reporting and for ownership of the general ledger across multiple operating entities. What You Will Do:

• Execute daily cash posting and reconciliation across domestic and international entities
• Prepare and post GAAP‑compliant journal entries, including payroll accruals, allocations and expense reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting workpapers
• Perform monthly and annual close activities, including prepaid expense sales and payroll reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable, monitoring invoicing and automated collections with AP AR backup support
• Maintain fixed asset accounting and support budgeting, forecasting audit coordination and financial reporting

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or similar certification a plus)
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
