What You Will Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently execute the Warrior Selling process and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined prospecting, follow-up, and closing
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Align sales efforts with production, marketing, and operational teams to optimize customer experience and margins
  • Manage sales operations, support functions, and transaction coordination for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing to attract quality leads 
  • Elevate the customer journey from initial contact to project completion, ensuring trust and satisfaction
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and sales opportunities to inform company strategies
  • Own talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and continuous development

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of exceeding growth targets and scaling successful sales organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and familiarity with the Warrior Selling 5-4-3 Sales Framework
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams while fostering accountability and high performance standards
  • Expertise in leading the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, objection handling, closing, and sales team execution
  • Ability to identify performance gaps, implement strategic improvements, leverage data insights, and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and pipeline management to support data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, customer service, and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and clients effectively
  • Experience within residential construction, remodeling, homebuilding, real estate, or related industries
