Work Model:

  • On-Site

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for leadership meetings, including preparing materials, scheduling, and catering needs
  • Maintain office operations and ordering/managing supplies, including company apparel
  • Support travel arrangements
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of executive support, administrative, or office coordination experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and corporate events seamlessly
  • Proficiency in expense reporting and basic financial administrative tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a bonus
  • Experience with event planning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of office supplies management and facility coordination
  • Basic understanding of company merchandise or apparel inventory management
