What You Will Do:

• Direct production employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
• Oversee daily production operations, schedules, workflow priorities, and operational demands
• Coordinate inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization
• Enforce safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards
• Mentor team members and maintain accountability for performance
• Align production requirements with inventory and operational priorities
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and special projects

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, construction, or similar operational environments
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for performance
• Experience managing production schedules, inventory levels, and competing operational priorities
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role with a visible presence on the production floor
