What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories or industries
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team

What you will need to be successful:

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows
