Senior Civil Engineer

Our locally owned and operated client is looking for their next Senior Civil Engineer. This company has been in operation for over 65 years and oversees a variety of project types, sizes, and scopes. The Senior Civil Engineer will develop and manage all aspects of engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality control. What you will do:

• Design and oversee all phases of engineering projects
• Ensure timely execution of projects to meet and exceed client expectations
• Maintain a steady workflow by completing projects promptly, ensuring continuous work and optimal utilization of office employees
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to deliver top-notch engineering solutions

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Licensure as an engineer intern (E.I.T.) and professional engineer (P.E.) in any state
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, including civil and site design in both urban and rural settings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2021, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to adapt to new software updates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with clients and the public
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes and the ability to identify and market company capabilities to clients
