What you will do:

  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate review and tracking of subcontracts, purchase orders, and payable statements
  • Coordinate project changes through RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and timely stakeholder communication
  • Monitor financial reporting, oversee buyout progress, and provide monthly updates to maintain budget accuracy
  • Ensure profit objectives by keeping projects on schedule and within budget while optimizing efficiency
  • Lead estimation efforts, delivering precise and competitive project cost projections.
  • Support field operations, assisting Superintendents in enforcing safety standards and communicating critical project updates
  • Streamline material procurement, tracking deliveries, and expediting processes to maintain workflow
  • Build strong owner relationships, balancing project objectives with client expectations on scheduling, quality, and budget adherence

What you will need to be successful:

  • Strong background in construction management, with experience overseeing large-scale projects
  • Expertise in project documentation, financial reporting, and construction estimation
  • Ability to guide teams, support field operations, and foster strong client relationships
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication to coordinate with stakeholders effectively
  • Strategic thinking to navigate project challenges, optimize efficiency, and ensure profit objectives
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and material procurement seamlessly
