As they continue to expand their nationwide presence, they're looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to shape their sales strategy and play a hands-on role in driving revenue through direct engagement.

The Vice President of Sales will lead all aspects of the sales function, including shaping strategic initiatives, guiding the team, and driving business growth. This is a highly engaged role—beyond overseeing the sales organization, you'll actively manage key client relationships, close deals, and pursue new business opportunities. What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a high-performing sales team across both inside and outside sales operations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, and commercial markets
  • Manage key accounts and personally drive high-value sales engagements
  • Oversee national and regional sales efforts in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure CRM and sales reporting tools are optimized and accurately maintained
What you will need to be successful:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in MRO, industrial furniture, or related sectors
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing national accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to selling
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business development
