Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented, relationship‑driven Account Manager to support and grow our distributor network. This is a fully office‑based role with no travel required, ideal for someone who excels at communication, problem‑solving, and building strong partnerships over the phone and email. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for distributors—helping troubleshoot orders, clarify job specifications, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell. What you will do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for distributor accounts via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and job specifications
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and order status
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions‑focused approach
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with distributor partners
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate account records and communication logs in CRM systems
  • Support distributors with product knowledge and basic technical guidance

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or distributor support
  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and customer‑focused
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to resolve problems
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
