Our client is searching for an Inventory and Production Specialist to maintain accurate item specifications, bills of materials, and inventory records across ERP systems and third-party (3PL) locations. This role manages new item setup, work orders, product transfers, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancy research, while supporting production scheduling, supply chain initiatives, and digital transformation projects. The position collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, procurement, distribution, production, and finance, and assists with reporting, vendor returns, and supplier bill-backs. Candidates should have at least two years of inventory or supply chain experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage detailed, high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage production orders and set up new items using specification details
  • Maintain item master data to guarantee system accuracy
  • Assist with the inventory receiving and cycle count processes
  • Keep clean inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
  • Guarantee order accuracy
  • Collaborate with vendors and share internal reports
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations by assisting with securing orders
  • Pull ERP reports and share data both internally and externally
  • Use basic Excel skills
