Our client is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to join their HR team on a temporary basis, offering a flexible opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Work Model:

  • Hybrid (on-site 3 days per week)

What You Will Do:

  • Schedule and organize phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews over several time zones to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the interview journey, providing timely updates and support
  • Manage job postings on both internal and external job boards to attract qualified candidates
  • Maintain candidate records and activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee background checks, pre-employment paperwork, and preparation of offer letters to facilitate seamless onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to prioritize requisitions and keep the recruitment process on track
  • Compile weekly recruiting status reports and support data tracking to drive continuous process improvement
  • Assist with onboarding processes and new hire arrangements as needed to ensure positive candidate onboarding experiences

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience in HR administration, recruiting support, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of the hiring process
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with video conferencing tools and Microsoft Office to enable effective coordination of multiple hiring activities across various time zones
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent relationship management skills
  • Background in applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse (preferred)
  • Additional certifications or training relevant to HR or recruiting support (preferred)
