Customer Service Associates

What You Will Do:

• Answer inbound phone calls to address client questions and inquiries
• Assisting our agents and agent back offices in various inquiries, new business questions, status updates on funds, etc. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone to provide stellar customer service
• Work with colleagues, as well as internal and external customers, to develop solutions for a range of customer challenges
• Utilize multiple computer systems, applications, and procedure tools to access and identify information

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience (required)
• Prior customer service experience (required), preferably in a business environment
• Familiarity with insurance and related products (preferred)
• Patient and understanding approach to customer service conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to answer questions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and mathematical skills
• Ability to collaborate with employees, customers, and third parties
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
