  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support a 24/7, three‑shift manufacturing operation
  • Develop detailed work orders, job plans, and resource allocations using CMMS and standard maintenance systems
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, engineering, production, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Apply electrical and mechanical expertise to analyze equipment issues, support troubleshooting efforts, and recommend corrective actions or improvements
  • Track maintenance performance, compliance requirements, and project progress, delivering clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting high‑speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to apply technical principles hands‑on
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple maintenance activities using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced setting
