What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure quality standards are upheld
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Support process enhancement initiatives using established methodologies
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining quality systems related to new or existing products and processes
  • Communicate findings and progress to various levels within the organization, including leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor degree aligned with technical or quality disciplines
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles
  • Leadership experience is advantageous
  • Openness to ongoing learning and development
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Experience in team leadership or management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (preferred)
  • Certifications or training related to quality management (preferred)
  • Project management experience (preferred)
