We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will identify, attract, and place top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and internal partners. You’ll play a critical role in driving business success by delivering high-quality candidates and contributing to overall revenue growth.

What You Will Do:

Recruitment & Sourcing 

  • Source and recruit candidates proactively using a variety of methods, including networking, referrals, and social media
  • Leverage internal databases and external job boards to identify qualified talent
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
  • Meet performance goals tied to successful placements and margin contribution

Candidate Assessment & Interviewing 

  • Review and evaluate incoming applications
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of candidate interactions and qualifications
  • Ensure all candidate data is complete, up to date, and compliant

Candidate Management & Placement 

  • Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders for client submission
  • Coordinate interviews and provide coaching before and after interviews
  • Negotiate offers and secure candidate acceptance
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates, especially contract employees

  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, or talent assessment
