We are seeking an experienced Machining Manager to lead daily operations within a CNC machining department. This role is responsible for overseeing production, team performance, equipment efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You Will Do:

  • Lead daily CNC operations, staffing, and production schedules
  • Manage operators, setup techs, and programmers
  • Ensure efficient machine performance and quality output
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
  • Monitor metrics like downtime, scrap, and productivity
  • Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Train and develop employees

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • CNC leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of machining, setups, tooling, and processes
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage quality standards
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Mastercam, G-code, and CNC programming experience
  • Lean manufacturing and 5S exposure
