What You Will Do:

  • Engage directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions, provide policy details, and offer solutions
  • Collaborate with the Retention Specialist to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and policy retention
  • Partner with Management and the Technical Services Administrator to complete training and deepen your understanding of products and services
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers proactively, recommending additional products and services to support their goals
  • Document call details and customer interactions accurately within our systems
  • Assist prospective clients by assessing coverage needs, providing accurate quotes, and guiding them through the application process
  • Perform other related duties to support team success

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in phone and written interactions
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty Lines license within 45 days of employment
  • Ability to meet insurer appointment requirements as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service, insurance, or a similar environment
