What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies for various initiatives, translating customer insights and market trends into actionable plans
  • Analyze marketing and business data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction
  • Develop and manage key strategic resources, such as KPIs, measurement frameworks, and positioning materials, to direct execution and evaluate success
  • Establish clear value propositions, identify target audiences, and develop positioning strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional alignment by collaborating with marketing channels, creative teams, and analytics partners to ensure seamless strategy execution
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Clearly convey insights, strategy, and performance metrics to team members and stakeholders
  • Support broader marketing planning efforts by communicating insights and learnings from your initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational success

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital, brand, or performance marketing
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement, analytics, and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot)
  • Experience using marketing technology platforms for campaign execution and optimization
  • Experience managing specific marketing campaigns for products, initiatives, or segments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with integrated or omnichannel marketing strategies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with journey mapping, customer segmentation, or persona development (preferred)
  • Experience working in regulated industries like financial services or health insurance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) or partner/channel approaches (preferred)
