What You Will Do:

  • Manage and oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations, including supervision and development of staff
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer account records and coordinate collection efforts for outstanding balances
  • Oversee cash management and payment processing functions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconcile account balances, and support annual audit activities
  • Manage billing and collection activities for various accounts receivable portfolios and coordinate with third-party collection agencies as needed
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements for financial and operational systems
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to revenue operations, accounts receivable, and collections while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of progressive financial operations, accounting, or revenue management experience
  • Experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with business software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
