Palmer Group is searching for a Finance Pricing Manager to join our client's team! The Finance Pricing Manager will lead and oversee key financial functions in a joint-venture business environment. This role is responsible for managing pricing strategy and controls, overseeing commission processes, supervising cash application operations, and coordinating funding activities with treasury partners.

This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support financial reporting, budgeting, and board-level presentations. What You Will Do:

  • Establish and maintain standard pricing structures, including small-ticket transactions
  • Ensure pricing controls are in place to achieve target margins
  • Develop customized pricing solutions for strategic or non-standard transactions
  • Collaborate with syndication partners on transactions requiring alternative financing structures
  • Work with strategic partners to leverage subsidies where applicable
  • Calculate, validate, and process commissions for sales teams
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all commission payments
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies and agreements
  • Lead and manage the cash application team
  • Define KPIs, implement SLAs, and monitor individual and team performance
  • Drive team development, performance management, and engagement
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Partner with treasury teams to ensure timely and sufficient funding of new transactions
  • Provide forecasts for funding needs
  • Support analysis related to early transaction terminations or adjustments
  • Deliver reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison for finance teams responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and board materials
  • Provide input and support for financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
  • Assist in the preparation of executive and board presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business performance initiatives
  • Support a customer-focused culture and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Participate in special projects and complete required compliance training

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to pricing and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in leasing, lending, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end finance operations
