What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage EDI integrations with SAP, maintaining adherence to international standards and optimized processes.
  • Collaborate across IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and third-party vendors to align EDI workflows with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, including EDI providers, technical teams, vendors, and trading partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Support ERP updates, enhancements, and partner go-lives, safeguarding system stability during change initiatives.
  • Translate complex EDI technical requirements into practical business solutions, managing EDI specifications and mappings for compliance and efficiency.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven experience with EDI systems, specifically related to SAP and Elemica platforms
  • Strong understanding of international EDI standards and formats
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly language
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in EDI management, SAP projects, or supply chain technology roles
  • Willingness to collaborate with global teams across different time zones
