Pricing Operations Associate

A growing financial services organization is seeking a Pricing Operations Associate to join its Operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with financial data, operational processes, and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will support key pricing, valuation, reconciliation, and data management activities while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of information used throughout the organization. This position offers exposure to a variety of investment products and operational functions, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What You Will Do:

• Support recurring pricing, valuation, and data administration processes
• Collect, validate, and maintain data from internal and external sources
• Assist with maintaining records, documentation, and operational workflows
• Perform reconciliations across systems and reports to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Support established controls and identify opportunities to strengthen processes
• Analyze trends, variances, and exceptions, providing insights to internal teams
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and operational requests
• Work closely with teams across operations, finance, technology, and other business areas

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of experience in insurance, investment operations, financial services, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with financial systems, databases, or reporting platforms is preferred
• Familiarity with investment products and financial markets is beneficial but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
